Vision & Voice: Guiding Designers Through the GoodRx.com Redesign

I had many opportunities to take on high-profile projects at GoodRx, including this transformative redesign of GoodRx.com. My strategic creative leadership and mentorship drove bold, high-impact change across the company.

The initiative began with hands-on workshops designed to align the entire team on a clever, expressive, and thoughtful vision for the future of the GoodRx website. As the Creative Director, I established the overarching art direction and personally coached junior designers, helping them translate high-level brand goals into tangible UI solutions. Treating the workshop like a learning experience for all of us was key to helping the team grow. Demonstrating visual craft, truly being hands-on, and teaching them not to be afraid of constant iteration was key. I find that being transparent with my design process, all art boards and silly explorations—warts and all—fosters trust that helps the team problem-solve together.
